Why a Mental Health Counselor?

While friends and family may be willing to help hear your problems, a clinically trained mental health counselor can give you additional tools and guidance.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Mental Health Counselor, Denise will help you understand the connection between the mind and body. It is a connection many of us having little understanding of or how to correct it.

With a background of over 30 years as a registered nurse and a passion for nurturing both the body and the mind, I’ve dedicated my career to making a positive impact on lives. I’m a nationally licensed mental health counselor, but you can also call me a friendly face ready to listen and support you on your unique journey.

I’m here to help everyone from our littlest thinkers (starting at
age 4) to couples, families, and adults. Life doesn’t always follow a schedule, so I offer early morning and evening appointments for those urgent moments when you need someone to talk to.

Traveling options are available to your place of business or hospital room both in Florida and Nationally. Virtual appointments are another excellent option if it feels right for you.
